- Valid CDL with Haz-Mat endorsement in state of residence
- 2 years recent verifiable OTR T/T experience or 12 mo's OTR + truck driving
school
- 5 yr. driving record reviewed
- No careless, reckless, or excessive speed (15 mph +) convictions in past 2
yrs
- No DOT reportable, preventable accidents in previous 12 months
- No DUI / DWI in previous 5 years
- No Narcotic or other drug related convictions
- Must be able to perform essential functions with and without reasonable accommodation

Occupational Accident Insurance: Required and will be obtained
through Hill Bros.
Additional Info
Passenger Policy :
After 30 days of qualification, one passenger/ages
10 to 69. The first time $21/mo, then only $10
/person /month thereafter.
Escrow Account :
Escrow accounts available for maintenance, insurance,
licensing and Federal Highway Use Tax (2290).
