- Valid CDL with Haz-Mat endorsement in state of residence
- 2 years recent verifiable OTR T/T experience or 12 mo's OTR + truck driving
school
- 5 yr. driving record reviewed
- No careless, reckless, or excessive speed (15 mph +) convictions in past
2 yrs
- No DOT reportable, preventable accidents in previous 12 months
- No DUI / DWI in previous 5 years
- No Narcotic or other drug related convictions
- Must be able to perform essential functions with and without reasonable
accommodation

We offer Loading and
Unloading allowances or we also work with hiring
lumpers.
Holidays
Six paid holidays at
$130/day after 1 yr.,
$150/day after 2 yrs.
Must have worked the day before or the day after
the holiday to qualify. (Eligible after 90 days)
New Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving & Christmas
Vacation Pay
1 week paid vacation
after 1 year of employment
2 weeks paid vacation after 2 years of employment
3 weeks paid vacation after 10 years of employment
Orientation Pay
$50 for each day in
orientation. This generally lasts 4-5 days.
This money is paid only to that that have qualified
and is paid out on the drivers first paycheck/settlement
Referral Bonus
$1000.00 for referral
of a driver qualified and working. After 10 days
(1/2), then after 60 days (1/2).
Per Diem
Pay
Pre-taxable income.
Per Diem is at $.06 per mile.
Passenger Policy
After 30 days of qualification,
one passenger/age 10 to 69.
The first time $21 /mo, then only $10/person/month
thereafter.
Pet Policy
60 lb. weight max./one
pet only
$150 fee/pet, deducted $37.50 / wk.
Direct Deposit (Mandatory)
Weekly payroll directly
deposited to a checking or savings account

Flex Plan: Tax defer a set amount per
plan year for non-covered medical expenses (deductible,
co-pay & coinsurance) and/or child care.
